System and Network Administrator (Besançon, FR)

Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager, the incumbent is in charge of ensuring the proper functioning of the information system and the Datacenter. It provides application teams and / or internal teams with support and maintains the infrastructure in operational condition to meet the quality of service commitments made to its customers.

Tasks

  • Maintain the infrastructure in operational conditions, both systems (servers, storage, backup, etc.) and networks (LAN, WAN, associated equipment, etc.), actively participate in its monitoring and guarantee its availability as well as data integrity.
  • Participate in the definition of hardware, software and architecture evolutions
  • Participate in the compliance and security of the infrastructure, in conjunction with the Security team.
  • Participate in certification audits.
  • Manage specific IT projects, based on the technical expertise of the field concerned
  • Carry out a technological watch and be a force of proposal.
  • Participate in analyzes and problem solving.
  • Provide effective support and assistance to the infrastructure manager.
  • Keep the CMDB (Configuration Management Data Base) up to date.
  • Maintain the ITIL processes entrusted within the organization.
  • Ensure proper implementation of ITSM / ITOM tools.
  • Monitor licenses.
  • Work in collaboration with other Data Center teams.

Profile

  • Holder of an engineering or higher technician degree with a specialty in IT. You have at least 5 years of proven experience as a system and network administrator.
  • You master the administration of Linux and Windows systems and you have skills in networks (TCPIP, BGP, MPLS ...), virtualization (VMware, Nutanix), directory (LDAP / AD) and application servers (Apache, Tomcat) . If you have knowledge of ISO27001, PCI DSS, HSM it would be a plus.
  • You are fluent in English both written and spoken. You are interested in working in an international context.
  • Recognized for your adaptability and technical curiosity, you are aware of technological developments and know how to assimilate them.
  • Recognized for your autonomy, your sense of service, you know how to intervene quickly but taking into account security issues in the event of an incident.
  • You like to work in a team, collaboration is part of your working methods. Your spirit of synthesis will be a strong point during your interventions.
