As a support employee you have frequent (telephone) contact with our customers and you are involved in the integration and implementation of our systems and services. Together with your colleagues from the department you are the point of contact for technical (IT) questions. As a team you solve 80% of disruptions from our home base in Deurne and you go for 100% customer satisfaction.
