The Spirit of the Position:
The job of the Account Manager entails the complete functionality of customer/client account management, accounts receivable and revenue reporting.
Answer incoming calls and return voicemails and emails from tenant accounts.
Ensure the distribution of parking credentials and other necessary documents to managers and tenants.
Assist tenants with questions related to monthly parking invoices, validation invoices, and lease obligations.
Preparation, maintenance and distribution of revenue reports from daily revenue software program (DCR) to appropriate departments.
Distribution of month end financial reports to appropriate department(s).
Preparation, maintenance and weekly distribution of revenue reports from revenue software program to appropriate departments. Distribution of month end financial reports to appropriate department(s).
Generation and distribution of monthly zero-dollar accounts report and location access-to-billing audit reports.
Other Assigned Duties:
Responsible for maintaining inventory of parking related consumables, including hangtags, parking credentials, tickets, validations, etc.
Manage and enforce tenant parking lease terms as they relate to parking and validation account obligations.
Maintain organized records of all relevant leases, amendments, and agreements.
Possess general bookkeeping and accounting knowledge.
Account management and customer service in a professional environment
Accounts receivable experience preferred but not required
Excellent Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and general Microsoft Office applications skills.
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization.
Possess analytical and detail-oriented thinking.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Ability to consistently perform accurate data entry.
Ability to meet simultaneous deadlines.
Excellent phone, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Must have the ability to multi-task and have a strong attention to detail.
Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.
Demonstrate a sense of urgency and timeliness.
Ability to sit/stand for prolonged periods of time.

Ability to work beyond standard schedule as required.
