The Spirit of the Position:

The job of the Account Manager entails the complete functionality of customer/client account management, accounts receivable and revenue reporting.


Customer Service:

  • Answer incoming calls and return voicemails and emails from tenant accounts.
  • Ensure the distribution of parking credentials and other necessary documents to managers and tenants.
  • Assist tenants with questions related to monthly parking invoices, validation invoices, and lease obligations.

Accounts Receivable:

  • Preparation, maintenance and distribution of revenue reports from daily revenue software program (DCR) to appropriate departments.
  • Distribution of month end financial reports to appropriate department(s).
  • Preparation, maintenance and weekly distribution of revenue reports from revenue software program to appropriate departments. Distribution of month end financial reports to appropriate department(s).
  • Generation and distribution of monthly zero-dollar accounts report and location access-to-billing audit reports.

Other Assigned Duties:

  • Responsible for maintaining inventory of parking related consumables, including hangtags, parking credentials, tickets, validations, etc.
  • Manage and enforce tenant parking lease terms as they relate to parking and validation account obligations.
  • Maintain organized records of all relevant leases, amendments, and agreements.



  • Possess general bookkeeping and accounting knowledge.
  • Account management and customer service in a professional environment
  • Accounts receivable experience preferred but not required


  • Excellent Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and general Microsoft Office applications skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Possess analytical and detail-oriented thinking.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to consistently perform accurate data entry.
  • Ability to meet simultaneous deadlines.
  • Excellent phone, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task and have a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and timeliness.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to sit/stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment.
  • Ability to work beyond standard schedule as required.
