The Spirit of the Position:

The Administrative Manager oversees the management of administrative functions for the Midwest region leadership team including but not limited to Senior Vice President, Regional Controller, Human Resources, and Director of Technology Implementation. As a company devoted to promoting an employee-focused servant leadership culture, the Administrative Manager will support the programs and initiatives originating from our home office and help to support the individual needs of their operational teams throughout their assigned region.

Principal Job Duties:

  • Serve as Midwest subject matter expert and manage various internal and external platforms such as E2, Doclink, DCR, Salesforce, etc.
  • Assists Senior Vice President with management of travel schedule, expense reporting, email correspondence and calendar organization
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, memorandums, applications, certificates, permits and other materials from copy, rough drafts and other sources.
  • Assist in new location set up process.
  • Assist in technology related initiatives & review eCommerce reports and trends monthly.
  • Team up with human resources to manage, document, track and communicate HR related initiatives such as employee engagement and training certification programs across the Midwest region.
  • Assists and supports home office initiatives such as the weekly newsletter.
  • Prepares daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports as required.
  • Schedules meetings, creates agendas, and arrange travel and meetings for leadership and guests.
  • Plan and execute logistics for Midwest executive events (i.e. Executive retreats, Team meetings, Parking Conferences, lunches, etc.).
  • Open and distribute mail on a daily basis.
  • Responsible for ordering office supplies for the department and planning and adhering to budgets for supplies while ensuring the office is stocked to perform all necessary functions without delay.
  • Responsible for the overall organization of the operations office including ensuring supplies and kitchen are stocked.
  • Coordinates the repair and service of all phones, internet, & office equipment.
  • Other related duties and projects as assigned by the region

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

  • 2+ years in an administrative management role is required.
  • Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.

Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Excel and Word, strong Internet skills using external websites.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks through to completion in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well with team members as well as independently.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage time to meet set deadlines.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention-to-detail and high-level of accuracy required.
  • Commitment to confidentiality required.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift, push and pull at least 10 pounds.
