Spirit of the Position:
The Monthly Coordinator is responsible for managing monthly parking accounts, monitoring account activity, managing past-due accounts, processing billing, providing general support and collaborating with the Management Team to reach desired goals.
This position is located in downtown Stockton and will report to the General Manager.
The individual will interface with customers/employees and provide effective communication between departments, co-workers, customers and clients.
Principal Job Duties:
Customer support for various locations involving monthly Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Bank Reconciliations.
Account maintenance and new account enrollment, utilizing a proprietary AR System.
Engage with customers and clients with a positive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude and try to assist in any way possible.
Creating and posting Daily Revenue Reports.
Answer incoming emails and electronic requests.
Manage customer waiting list via online enrollment option.
Basic administrative duties.
Follow any directives from General Manager.
Receives, distributes, and organizes incoming and outgoing correspondence and files.
Establishes and maintains filing systems.
Maintain office supply inventories and process orders as needed.
Additional duties as assigned.
Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience required.
2 years in general accounting or finance.
Strong customer and/or client service experience.
Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing priorities and assignments.
High level of flexibility and ability to manage in an ambiguous environment.
Comfortable with deadlines and being held accountable for delivery of assignments.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization.
Understanding of visibility of the position and the office and a willingness to always represent themselves in a highly professional and ethical manner.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
Must be able to interpret policies, procedures, and standard business practices.
Ability to work independently and multi-task.
Exceptional relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders and partners.
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to learn quickly parking permit systems and parking rules to assist with researching resolutions to issues and problems identified and communicated to management.
Demonstrates a s sense of urgency and timeliness.
Ability to follow directives.
Understanding of how to escalate issues to the appropriate level.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; ability to quickly learn and use effectively other software programs, as necessary.
Potential Physical Demands:
Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 10 pounds.
Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time.
