Your tasks

  • Strategic and operational development of the export department in cooperation with the management
  • Leading and controlling a team consisting of field service and office staff
  • Support and expansion of international key accounts
  • Independent and sustainable development of new markets worldwide through active and consistent acquisition
  • Processing of international tenders in cooperation with your team
  • Autonomous contract negotiations and presentation of the company
  • Holistic consultation of the customers as well as cooperation in the technical development of the company
  • Continuous development of internal processes and training of employees

Your profile

  • You have a successfully completed business or technical degree or a comparable qualification
  • You have several years of sales experience in an international environment
  • Industry knowledge about public transport, parking, healthcare, print products, labeling and labeling solutions, RFID / NFC technology or smart card systems are advantageous
  • Intercultural competence and understanding of international contexts and local market conditions are among your strengths
  • They have already gained leadership experience and excellent communication skills
  • Safe handling of MS Office programs is a matter of course for you
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Navision, bring with you
  • International travel readiness is not seen as a burden, but as a benefit
  • Business fluent English spoken and written complete your profile; other foreign languages are an advantage
