Job Description

Within the Sales team, the BtoB Customer / Customer Success Manager F / H will have the following missions:

  • Retrieve all the necessary information from Business Developers for new partners / signed parking: put them online, set up tools and ensure proper operation
  • Train the partners (car park owners) to the tools and handle all their requests: billing, accounting, customer reviews, installation of access control system, visibility on the site, capacity change, price of parking space etc.
  • Ensure that the negotiations conducted by the Account Managers are reflected on the site
  • Update partner pages to provide enough places at the most relevant price
  • Be the reference partner of the partners for the optimization of our product
  • To be the Onepark ambassador with our partners: to value their proposals and to raise the requests of evolution of our product with the various Onepark professions

Required profile

  • You come from a degree program Bac + 2/3 minimum
  • You have a good relationship, a good listener and know how to be diplomatic
  • You are comfortable on the phone with clients / partners, and can handle sometimes tense situations
  • You like working in a team and have a sense of organization
  • You master the office pack
