We are Parking Sense, one of the fastest-growing parking technology providers in the world. With Global operations across the USA, Europe and Australasia, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our growing team and build our business across the Northeastern United States.

Parking Sense is refining our sales and business development efforts, updated our sales methodology, and modernized how we track, measure and maintain business relationships. Our new Regional Sales Manager - Northeast will use these tools to develop and execute strategic plans to identify and hunt for new customers based on our ideal customer profile, industry-leading technology and strong value proposition to parking operators.

The Parking Sense business development salesforce hunts for new opportunities, builds relationships and closes deals.

Working out of the Philadelphia, PA or Northeast region, the Regional Sales Manager is at the forefront of these efforts – gathering and tracking market intelligence, pursuing and landing new clients, and building relationships all while touting the quality, value, and reliability offered by Parking Sense.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years’ experience in the parking industry and a demonstrated hunter mentality. Successful candidates will also possess the ability to:

  • Prospect and identify key executives at target companies and lay the foundation for a strong, long-lasting relationship.
  • Develop and build partnerships with strategic key customer personnel through a "top-down" consultative selling approach.
  • Develop and qualify opportunities within large enterprises.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
  • Manage, track, and report sales activities and results in Salesforce and Zebrafi.
  • Develop & manage strategic sales plans.
  • Provide management reports, budgets, forecasts or data that may be requested by senior management.
  • Achieve budgeted/targeted financial goals.
  • Advise senior management of anticipated changes in customer needs or market direction and assist in defining the future needs of these markets.
  • Effectively manage, administer, and maintain market intelligence data and submit accurate sales activity/call reports into the Customer Relation Management System (CRM) – Salesforce & Zebrafi.
  • Provide accurate reports for expenses with appropriate documentation.
  • Performs any directly related appropriate duties assigned by the Executive Vice President of Sales.
  • Promote and contribute to a team-focused, positive, cooperative working environment.

  • Philadelphia, New York, and DC are great areas for the territory. Other Northeast US locations are OK but may require more regional travel time.
