Account Manager (Amsterdam/Groningen/Remote, NL)

We are looking for an ambitious Account Manager to take-on a wide-range of accounts within France to build and foster mutually beneficial relationship with clients across the territory to make sure they are prepared and well-served throughout the year.
What you’ll do
- Having regular contact with medium large-sized customers (turnover) according to a tight contact strategy.
- Finding new parkings (new business) for our platform
- Diving into the market to obtain valuable information which you can use in your approach to parkings
- Knowing ins and outs of the airport you are responsible for
- Making a competitive analysis
- Stakeholder management with other departments (Marketing, CS,) to gather market information and can apply this in your daily work
- Contacting parkings for various reasons such as building relationships, advice on pricing, listing a parking in the CMS, changing parking details (after listing) like opening times, Content, Picture and more.

- You enjoy communicating with clients and have the communication skills to build relationships with your clients. (parkings) and professional network.
- You are eager to learn and enjoy learning about the opportunities and threats your clients face in their sector.
- You work independently without losing sight of the interests of your team.
- You are able to take a bird's eye view and see the bigger picture. You can also communicate this vision effortlessly to your customers and colleagues.
- Despite thinking commercially, you always put the customer's interests first. You understand that this is necessary to build a good relationship of trust with your client.
