About the Role

The Manager, Sales Analytics is a critical role within Passport’s Revenue Operations team, working closely with leadership across Sales, Client Success, Finance, Marketing, and other teams to deliver actionable insights from data analysis. The role of the manager is to collaborate and partner with their direct team as well as internal customers to identify, create, and deploy innovative analytics solutions which support commercial business objectives. The manager participates in the entire analytics development process, from identifying the need and defining requirements, data collection/review/management, model creation, and final user interface development. The manager will work in a team environment and be responsible for developing relationships across Passport.

*Role will be based in our Charlotte, NC office*

Responsibilities:

  • Own Sales Organization analytics, including territory mapping, targeting, and segmentation, performance management, forecasting models, cross-sell and market penetration modeling
  • Identify analytics solutions needed and defining requirements
  • Compile data from various sources, with review and data management, and develop analytics models for use within the Revenue Organization and across the rest of Passport
  • Project management of and ownership of and/or system administration for analytics projects and tools, with supporting analytics work
  • Compensation model development and administration for the Sales Organization
  • Data management and governance

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of being highly motivated and self-directed (you should be able to drive a project from ideation to completion)
  • Problem solver (you don’t get sidelined by roadblocks and objections, but efficiently work through them to find the right solution)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You have the ability to make data come to life and turn it into a story
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator and ability to build relationships with executive stakeholders
  • Ability to self-start, prioritize, and stay organized in a dynamic work environment
  • Passion for excellence and high quality in the finished product; attention to detail is critical
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Science, Marketing or sales related field preferred
  • 4+ years of Data Analytics experience required; experience with Sales data preferred
  • 3+ years of designing and administering commission plans preferred
  • Experience with using Business Intelligence technology preferred (i.e. Tableau, Qlik Sense, etc.)
  • G-Suite and/or Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
  • Experience supporting a global selling organization preferred
  • Travel - Up to 10%
