We are looking for one for our Service Team in the Leiden region
As a Field Service Engineer you are Scheidt & Bachmann's calling card and you are always in direct contact with our customers. You ensure satisfied customers by remedying any disruptions to the parking systems. You ensure that incidents are prevented where possible to optimize the customer experience. Other malfunction reports are scheduled and successfully handled by you in accordance with contractual agreements with the customer. You have a good understanding that the customer is at the forefront of this and wants to be relieved. Even though you are on the road a lot and you mainly work independently, you are a full member of an enthusiastic service team that likes to share knowledge with each other.
