We are looking for a Technical Customer Support Engineer for our Customer Support Center BLX

What will you do as a Technical Customer Support Engineer ?

You are the first point of contact for our customers and the connecting factor between the 1st, 2nd line support and the Field Service. You assess the reports and discuss the first possible recovery options of the parking system with the customer. If possible, solve the problem with the help of remote and / or your colleagues from the 2nd line.

If the fault does not seem to be resolved remotely, you ensure that our Field Service Engineers are ready to go to the customer. So you are in daily contact with both the customer and your colleagues in the field.

What do we expect from you?

  • Minimum 2 years work experience on a Service Desk in a technical environment
  • Excellent planning skills (Field Service planning)
  • Excellent communication skills in speech and writing (NL, ENG)
  • You live in the vicinity of Zoetermeer

You enjoy being in daily contact with customers and colleagues in the field with enthusiasm, and then serving them in a friendly and professional manner. Thanks to your technical skills and affinity, you will quickly feel at home in the world of parking systems. You have mastered both the Dutch and the English language, which enables you to communicate smoothly and effortlessly with our entire (Benelux) customer base. In doing so, you can effortlessly place yourself in customer experiences and adjust your conversation technique accordingly.
