Your tasks
Are you an experienced manager? As Head of Software Solution Architecture (m/f/d), you will lead the highly motivated team of 8-10 solution architects and promote individual and collective development to ensure the efficient and successful implementation of customer projects.
Do you enjoy complex tasks? You are responsible for the content of our sophisticated solutions and shape the technical orientation and systematic approach of your team. You coordinate and plan the task packages within the team both sensibly and sustainably with regard to the required resources.
Are you always one step ahead? In cooperation with stakeholders and departments, you and your team will develop groundbreaking strategies for our solution landscape, optimize existing implementations and create scalable solutions for international project delivery based on our product portfolio. You drive forward long-term topics independently and purposefully.
Do you feel comfortable in international teams? In order to find tailor-made solutions, you will regularly consult and communicate with the international team. You are also prepared to go on international business trips.

This is what you bring with you
Completed degree in computer science or comparable
Many years of professional experience in the area of software architecture and customer projects with a high level of development
Leadership competence from experience in the technical and disciplinary management of software architects (m/f/d)
Very good knowledge of design, specifications, requirements analysis and system architecture
Proficient in German and English
Constructive communication style and systematic analysis skills
