TagMaster NA is seeking an experienced and accomplished Sales Coordinator with the ability to multi-task and support the sales team and head up the marketing team. Experience and knowledge of security, access control, and Identification solutions is a plus. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and available immediately. This job will require you to support all sales operations, including – but not limited to – quotes and order processing.
Provide product introduction, consultation, and qualification to prospective and existing customer base.
Qualifying customers/projects and recommending products based on project requirements.
Contacting and following up with sales prospects using CRM, telephone, and email.
Travel for trade shows and business trip (COVID-19 and safety considered).
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (in marketing, communications, or related field)
Experience with technology companies with a focus on companies in access control, security, and identification
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers clients, customers, and the public.
Ability to make outbound calls and emails to prospects and current customers with a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and accuracy.
Proficiency and experience with a CRM.
3+ years of proven experience working in marketing and or communications (must be in technology, access control, security, identification industry) targeting both B2B and B2C audiences.
A digital marketing portfolio of produced marketing work
Strong organizational skills
Dynamic problem-solving skills and the ability to deal with a variety of fluid variables in situations where only limited standards may exist.
Excellent written and verbal skills
Proficiency in CRM and be able to operate in a sales support capacity creating and sending proposals as well as communicating with customers in a professional way.
Collaboration skills: Be a team player and be able to work with dynamic groups both in support and sales.
Flexibility: Be adaptable, open-minded, and unbothered by change and a dynamic environment while being able to see the big picture.
Must be legally eligible to work in the USA
Travel and fieldwork may be required.
Must be able to use public transportation for business travel (common carrier)
Must be able to understand instructions given in English, both written and verbal.
