TagMaster NA is seeking an experienced and accomplished Sales Representative with the ability to network, build relationships with clients, effectively perform product demonstrations, sell products and services, and negotiate contracts.
Experience and knowledge of security, access control, and Identification solutions is a plus. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and available immediately. This job will require you to harness the power of your communication, relationship skills, and new business development.
Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis.
Identify prospective customers, make effective qualifying sales calls, build relationships, set appointments, and manage sales cycle to close new business.
Contact new and existing customers to present our solutions at daily basis.
Be an SME about TagMaster’s products and services.
Create and present sales material via audio and video webinars.
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
Maintain client records accurate and updated.
Meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Develop and implement sales strategies to secure business within region.
Present sales updates, activity reports, and territory analysis to management.
Gather marketplace information on competitive products, pricing, lead time, and merchandising techniques.
Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
A commitment to excellent customer service.
Travel for trade shows and business trip (COVID-19 and safety considered).
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (in business, marketing, economics, or related field)
Experience in sales. Previous work experience with technology companies with a focus on companies in access control, security, and identification is a plus.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers clients, customers, and the public.
Strong organizational skills
Dynamic problem-solving skills and the ability to deal with a variety of fluid variables in situations where only limited standards may exist.
Excellent written and verbal skills
Experience with CRM system
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Collaboration skills: Be a team player and be able to work with dynamic groups both in support and sales.
Flexibility: Be adaptable, open-minded, and unbothered by change and a dynamic environment while being able to see the big picture.
Must be legally eligible to work in the USA
Travel and fieldwork may be required.
Must be able to use public transportation for business travel (common carrier)
Must be able to understand instructions given in English, both written and verbal.
