Loews Makes Atlanta Debut With AAA Parking

The Souths biggest city now has one of the countrys leading luxury hotel brands operating a new flagship property.  New York City based Loews Hotels made its Atlanta debut April 1, 2010 with the opening of a brand new 414 room hotel at 12th & Midtown, the $500 million mixed use development in the heart of the Citys business and entertainment district.  AAA Parking will provide management and operations of 24/7 parking services for the property.

Loews Atlanta Hotel, along with the 12th & Midtown development, are part of Atlantas ever-growing skyline and perfectly located within walking distance to over 100 restaurants and bars, High Museum of Art, The Fox Theatre, Atlanta Botanical Garden and the 189-acre urban oasis known as Piedmont Park.  Midtown Atlanta is widely recognized as the Citys most walkable neighborhood, where gleaming new condominium and office towers meet many historic neighborhoods and homes.

Loews Atlanta Hotel offers more than 25,000 square feet of column-free function space, as well as 4,800 square feet of beautifully appointed outdoor function space.  The Hotels signature restaurant, eleven, and the accompanying bar eleven are sure to become one of Atlantas newest hotspots for foodies and the in crowd.  And, pet owners can rejoice in knowing Loews Loves Pets, where pets receive a name tag and bowl upon arrival, a special room service menu just for your furry friend, and information on local dog-walking routes.

AAA Parking will offer 24 hour valet parking services utilizing innovative new barcode tracking technology.  AAA Parking is also operating parking services at 1075 Peachtree, a 725,000 square foot class-A office tower, which is connected to the Loews Atlanta Hotel, as well as the 1010 Condominium and retail building across Peachtree Street.
