Towne Park Organizational Announcement

As Towne Park continues to grow and prosper, we must periodically reevaluate the organizational structure to ensure we are  able to adequately and efficiently support our company.   Towne Parks executive  team recently completed an evaluation of the current organizational structure and  assessed it in the context of supporting a much larger company in the future.  As a  result, Towne Park has realigned its human resources group, expanded the operations  support administration function, and is committed to technology.  As a result, Towne  Park is excited to announce a number of promotions as part of the reorganization  including:
 
  Rick Sorrells, Executive Vice President of Administration
  Beverly Valltos, Vice President of Administration and Compliance
  Jennifer Leroux, Vice President of Finance
  Matt Cahill, Executive Vice President of Operations
  Steffan Sonneveldt, Senior Vice President of Operations
  Sonny Taragin, Executive Vice President of Information Technology
  Kirk Pozadzides, Vice President of Special Markets
 
While going through this process, a number of observations were made that  impacted the approach to creating this organizational structure particularly  realizing that this is an operations driven company.  As such, the organization  and all administrative and support functions must be designed and built to  effectively support our operations.  We have an incredible amount of talent  within our company so we must develop our leaders by giving them more  responsibility as we prepare them for our future.  This new reorganization is  essential to our ongoing success and to take our company to the next level.
