CVPS Valet Automation technology with LPR and High Definition cameras offers minimal liabilities with improved customer service

Service Tracking Systems recently installed its CVPS.net valet management system at Planet Hollywood Las Vegas. The system includes high definition cameras, LPR and the latest release of its CVPS.net software.
HDCamPro camera lane technology documents the condition of the vehicle before it enters the parking facility, resulting in a dramatic decrease of costly damage claims. Integrated LPR technology further automates the data entry points and allows for instant vehicle identification.

Service Tracking Systems continues to provide Las Vegas casinos with tools that result in fewer paid damage claims as well as more productive valet operations. The concept is simple. The CVPS.net system automatically tracks each car, ticket and valet staff movement in addition to documenting the condition of a vehicle as it enters or exits the parking facility. Average wait times are monitored by valet managers which allow them to make any necessary staffing changes to ensure that service standards are met.

CVPSs valet technology has been the single source supplier in Las Vegas for over a decade now. We are proud and grateful for the incredible group of clients we have the privilege to serve, says Kai Schuette, CEO of Service Tracking Systems, Inc.
