Designa Takes Over Billstedt Center In Northern Germany

In addition to numerous international projects, we are pleased to further expand our presence throughout Germany. We are even more pleased that the Billstedt Center is also located in northern Germany, as is our main branch in Kiel. The Billstedt Center is a shopping center in Hamburg with a wide range of cross-sector stores. 

In the indoor and outdoor areas of the shopping center, six entrances and exits, 13 barriers, twelve LPR cameras and four advertising pillars were each equipped with an all-round carefree package from DESIGNA: The Designa CONNECT series with advertising display, license plate recognition, dynamic pricing, digital signage and illuminated barrier arms. This equipment allows visitors to enjoy a relaxed day at the shopping center without being stressed by the parking procedure.

What is special about this project is that the equipment has been programmed in such a way that it can be easily converted to Ticketless in the future. No new hardware is required for this. This future-oriented and user-friendly feature ensures that the parking facilities are always up to date and adapt to the needs of the customers.

DESIGNA is thus always one step ahead of the times and is already thinking about the future.

ECE is a shopping center owner, operator and manager throughout Europe and has nearly 200 shopping centers under management.
