DESIGNA in Transformation

New Synergies and a Change in Management

Oliver Suter has been appointed to the DESIGNA management team

In the future, DESIGNA will strengthen its cooperation with its sister companies Axess and ilogs. The merger of the three companies, which are part of DESIGNA AXESS Industries Holding, will focus on strengthening customer interests. By creating new synergies, adjusting corporate structures, and bundling products and services, the companies are rising to the current challenge and strengthening their position in the international market for parking and access solutions.

To this end, Oliver Suter, in addition to his function as CSO and member of the Board of Axess, has been appointed to the DESIGNA management team as the new CEO. He succeeds Robert Monsberger, who has been responsible for national and international sales for the past three years.

"We see the future cooperation between DESIGNA, ilogs and Axess as a great opportunity to benefit from each other's know-how, to further expand our international network and to offer our customers a more comprehensive product portfolio." DESIGNA CEO Oliver Suter summarizes the goals of the project. "At the same time, we will introduce common workflows and processes, as well as state-of-the-art technologies in the organization, to be able to act faster in the ever-changing mobility and public access market in the future. I am very much looking forward to working with all my colleagues at the Kiel headquarters and the global subsidiaries and representing the DESIGNA brand in my new position."
