Standard Parking Awarded Parking Management Contract At Memphis International Airport

Standard Parking Corporation, one of the nation's leading providers of parking management, ground transportation and other ancillary services, today announced that it has been awarded a parking management services contract at the Memphis International Airport. The Company commenced its operations at the Airport on November 1st. The Airport's current parking operation encompasses over 7,000 public and employee parking spaces.
"We are very pleased to have the opportunity to work with the Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority and its staff to deliver the highest quality customer services in Memphis," said Jack Ricchiuto, Standard Parking's Executive Vice President of its Airport Division. "We are particularly excited to assist the Airport in promoting the new Passenger Terminal Ground Transportation Center scheduled to open in mid to late 2012." The new multi-use facility will accommodate rental car operations and add approximately 4,500 long term economy public parking spaces. A key component of Standard Parking's contract involves the development of customer focused programs designed to improve service and reward customer loyalty.
