Macon State College Chooses BOSSCARS to Direct Parking Initiatives
To answer to the needs of their growing campus and new residence life program, Macon State College implements Parking Management Software.
BOSS SOFTWARE announced their newest client, Macon State College, today. Macon State College will be using BOSSCARS to improve parking enforcement and initiatives.
"Recently Macon State College has experienced tremendous growth which has challenged its traditional style of parking enforcement," Shawn Douglas, Chief of Police, Macon State College, said. "With the implementation of BOSSCARS, Macon State hopes to improve the efficiency of its enforcement program as well as raise the standard of customer service currently offered to the campus community. In addition, record keeping measures and data tracking should be vastly improved."
BOSSCARS was designed to improve parking efforts on college and university campuses through direct integration with SunGard Banner. By utilizing a software program that pulls student information directly from the campus student database in real-time, Macon States Public Safety Office will be able to serve their customers effectively and efficiently. BOSSCARS automates permit registration, ticket writing, and reporting which will allow Macon State College to thoroughly and efficiently track permits and citations.
"We are very excited about our new partnership with Macon State College," Andy Levy, Sales Manager at BOSS SOFTWARE said. "They join 12 other Georgia Colleges and Universities that use BOSSCARS, and there are more on the way!"
